Why detailers put every car on a live tracker

A full detail keeps a car on site for four to eight hours, and owners get restless fast. The calls start around hour two: is my car ready, how is it looking, can I come by early. Every one of those calls stops a polisher mid-panel or pulls you away from an interior extraction, and the work is exactly the kind where interruptions show up in the result. Detailers also lose real money in the quote conversation.
