Why cleaners send a live tracker instead of texting back and forth

Most cleaning clients are not home while you work, and that produces the same three texts on every visit: did you get in okay, how is it going, are you done so I can head back. When you are mid-clean with gloves on, those messages either interrupt the job or sit unanswered until the client starts wondering. Solo cleaners tell us the back and forth is worst with recurring clients, where every single visit triggers the same questions, and with move-out cleans, where a nervous tenant wants proof the place is handover ready before the landlord walks through.
