What you'll receive
SMS sent through FixyFlow is strictly transactional and tied to a specific service you requested. You may receive:
- Job status updates (e.g., "diagnosing," "parts on order," "ready for pickup")
- A completion notice after your service is finished, optionally with a request to leave a review
- Direct replies from the business to messages you send
FixyFlow does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.
Message frequency
Frequency varies by job. A typical service generates between 1 and 5 messages from intake through completion. Replies you send may also generate a response from the business.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. FixyFlow does not charge you to receive SMS — any charges come from your mobile carrier under your existing plan.
Opting out and getting help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOPto any message. You'll receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP to any message for contact information, or email hello@fixyflow.com.
Your privacy
We never share or sell your mobile opt-in information to third parties or lead generators. Your phone number is used solely to deliver SMS related to your service. Full details are in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
