These SMS Terms describe how FixyFlow ("we," "us," "our") handles text-message communications sent through our platform at fixyflow.com. FixyFlow is a SaaS platform used by service businesses (phone and electronics repair shops, plumbers, HVAC technicians, appliance repair, auto shops, and similar trades) to send transactional SMS updates to their own customers about a specific service the customer requested.
These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
When a service business uses FixyFlow, they enter their customer's mobile phone number along with the details of a specific service or job. FixyFlow then sends transactional SMS messages to that customer on the business's behalf. Every message identifies the specific business by name and references the specific job.
SMS sent through FixyFlow is strictly transactional. You may receive:
FixyFlow does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this platform. Phone numbers provided for one service engagement are not used to message you about other services or future engagements without separate consent.
You provided your mobile phone number directly to a service business — for example, when dropping off a device for repair, requesting a quote over the phone, or filling out a service request. By providing your phone number to that business in the context of a specific service you requested, you consented to receive SMS updates about that service.
Service businesses using FixyFlow are contractually required, under our Terms of Service, to obtain your express verbal or written consent before entering your phone number into the platform. Consent is scoped to the specific job or service for which you provided your number.
Frequency varies by job. A typical service generates between 1 and 5 messages from intake through completion. Replies you send may also generate a response from the business.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. FixyFlow does not charge you to receive SMS — any charges come from your mobile carrier under your existing plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to a message from us:
STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT · REVOKE · OPTOUT
Opt-out is processed immediately. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from that business through FixyFlow. To resubscribe, reply START.
Opt-out applies to messages from the specific business that messaged you. If you have relationships with multiple service businesses that use FixyFlow, opting out of one does not opt you out of the others.

Phone numbers entered into FixyFlow are used solely to deliver SMS related to the specific service the customer requested. FixyFlow does not sell phone numbers, does not share them with third parties for marketing, and does not transfer opt-in data between business accounts on the platform.
Phone numbers are passed to Twilio solely for the purpose of message delivery. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on carrier networks and is not guaranteed.
The FixyFlow SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number to a service business that uses FixyFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the number you provided is yours.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
