How much does FixyFlow cost per month?

Free is $0 a month for 5 jobs and 20 SMS. Starter is $19 USD a month for 50 jobs and 200 SMS. Pro is $29 USD a month for 200 jobs and 1,000 SMS. Pay annually and you get 2 months free: Starter is $190 USD a year and Pro is $290 USD a year. SMS is included in every plan, so there are no per-text charges on top.

Are there any setup fees?

No. There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee on any plan. You pay the plan price and that is it. Setup is self-serve: most shops log their first job in under 5 minutes, so there is no onboarding project to bill for. Monthly plans have no contract, and you can cancel anytime from your settings.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. Sign up and start using FixyFlow immediately. We'll only ask for payment when your trial ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

You drop to the Free plan (5 jobs/month, 20 SMS). All your data stays. Upgrade anytime to unlock more.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How does SMS billing work?

Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance that resets on the 1st. If you're approaching your limit, we'll let you know so you can upgrade. Most small shops stay well within their plan.
