▶Does the customer get an SMS when I create a job?
No. SMS is only sent when you move a job to the next stage. This gives you time to inspect and assess first.
▶Can I customize the stages?
Yes — go to Settings → Workflow Stages. You can rename, reorder, add, and delete stages. You can also add contextual messages that appear on the tracking page.
▶What happens when I hit my SMS limit?
Status updates will stop sending via SMS (email still works). Upgrade your plan for more SMS. Check usage in Settings → Billing.
▶Can I remove the FixyFlow branding?
Yes — the Business plan ($79/month) removes the "Powered by FixyFlow" badge from the tracking page.
▶How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing & Plan → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime — your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
