Preparing your CSV
Your CSV file should have columns for:
- Customer Name (required)
- Customer Phone
- Customer Email
- Description (required)
Column headers are matched automatically — FixyFlow recognizes common variations like "name", "customer_name", "client name", etc.
How to import
- Go to Settings and find the Import Jobs from CSV section
- Upload your CSV file or drag-and-drop it
- Review the column mapping — make sure each field is matched correctly
- Preview the first few rows to verify the data looks right
- Click Import
After importing
All imported jobs are created at your first workflow stage. No notifications are sent during import — you can then advance individual jobs to notify customers at your own pace.
