Estimates and Invoices: Send, Track, Get Paid
Send price estimates for one-tap customer approval, then track invoices and payment status — without leaving the FixyFlow dashboard.

Sending an estimate
On the job detail page, scroll to Quick Estimate. You can:
- Add individual line items with descriptions and amounts
- Include a note visible to the customer
- Send the estimate — it appears on the customer's tracking page
Customer approval
The customer sees the estimate on their tracking page with line-item breakdown and a large "Approve Estimate" button. When they approve:
- You get notified
- The estimate status changes to "Approved" with a green checkmark
- The approved amount is recorded
Invoicing
After the job is complete, you can add an invoice amount and an optional payment link (e.g., Stripe, Square, or PayPal). The customer sees a "Pay Now" button on their tracking page that links directly to your payment page.
Photos
Add photos at any stage — they're grouped by stage on the tracking page. If you add photos at both the first and last stage, a Before & After comparison appears automatically.
