Create your account, set up your business profile, and create your first job.

Welcome to FixyFlow
FixyFlow helps service businesses keep customers in the loop — no more "is my stuff ready?" calls. Here's how to get set up in under 5 minutes.
1. Create your account
Sign up at fixyflow.com/signup with your email or Google account. You'll get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
2. Set up your business profile
Go to Settings and fill in:
- Business Name — this appears on SMS notifications and the customer tracking page
- Phone Number — shown on the tracking page so customers can reach you
- Google Review URL (optional) — customers who rate you highly get prompted to leave a Google review
3. Customize your workflow stages
FixyFlow comes with default stages, but you can customize them to match your business. Go to Settings → Workflow Stages to:
- Rename stages (e.g., "Received" → "Checked In")
- Add new stages (e.g., "Waiting for Parts")
- Reorder stages with the up/down arrows
- Add contextual messages that appear on the tracking page for each stage
The last stage is always your Final stage (e.g., "Picked Up" or "Completed"). No SMS is sent for the final stage — only email.
4. Create your first job
Click New Job from the dashboard. Enter the customer's name, phone number, and a description of the work. That's it — the job is logged and ready to track.
Important: No SMS is sent when you create a job. Your customer only gets notified when you move the job to the next stage.
