Customer Tracking Page: What Your Customers See
What your customer sees when they open the FixyFlow tracking link: live stage progress, ETA, photos, and a two-tap reply box.
What the tracking page shows
When a customer clicks their tracking link, they see a branded page with:
- Your business name in a branded badge at the top
- Personalized greeting — "Hi Dave! here's your update."
- Current status — a large gradient card showing the current stage
- Progress timeline — visual progress through all stages with timestamps
- Estimated ready time (if set) — when the job will be ready
- Estimate (if sent) — with approve button for customer sign-off
- Photos — horizontal gallery grouped by stage
- Invoice & payment — with "Pay Now" button linking to your payment page
- Contact info — your phone number with a call button
- Feedback — emoji rating (on completed jobs) with Google Review prompt
Auto-refresh
The tracking page automatically checks for updates every 30 seconds. When the status changes, a screen-reader announcement is made for accessibility.
Tracking link expiry
Tracking links don't expire by default. If you set an expiry (in job settings), expired links show a friendly "This tracking link has expired" message with your contact info.
Customer replies
Customers can send messages through the tracking page using the reply form at the bottom. You'll see these messages in the job detail under Customer Messages.
Branding
The tracking page uses your business name throughout. On the Free and Starter plans, a small "Powered by FixyFlow" badge appears at the bottom. The Business plan removes this.
