Kickserv alternatives, compared honestly.
Kickserv is built for small home service crews that want scheduling, estimates, invoices and payments at a low price. That is a real product for a real buyer. This page is for everyone else, the operators who opened it, used a fifth of it, and started looking.

When you should stay on Kickserv
Switching costs you a week of friction. If any of these is true, it is not worth it, and we would rather say so here than after you have signed up.
- You need estimates, invoices, payments and scheduling in one tool for up to five people.
- Your books are in QuickBooks and the sync works for you.
- Support has been quick for you. It is the most praised part of Kickserv in reviews.
- You are on an annual term. Kickserv's terms do not let you convert it before renewal.
