How it works
How mobile & field service businesses set up automatic updates
Book the job
Customer name, address, service, scheduled time. 30 seconds. They get a tracking link the moment you hit Booked.
Tap ‘On my way’
One tap sends an SMS with a live ETA. Your customer stops texting. You keep driving.
Snap before + after photos
Tap In Progress, snap a photo. Tap Completed, snap another. Your customer sees both on the tracking page. Review ask fires automatically.
Features
Everything your mobile & field service business needs
Mobile stage template — pre-built
Booked → Confirmed → On the Way → In Progress → Complete. We built it; you just tap it. Customize any stage for your trade.
Live ETA, no GPS tracking required
Tap ‘On my way.’ The SMS shows the ETA. No driver app for you to install, no tracking permissions to explain. It just works.
Two-way reply from the tracking page
Homeowner replies through the tracking page: “Side gate is unlocked.” You see it in your dashboard. No new phone number, no phone tag.
Google review ask at Complete
The moment you tap Complete, your customer gets a thank-you with your Google review link. Every happy job becomes a 5-star review automatically.

With FixyFlow
- Zero ETA texts — customer watches the tracker
- One tap sends “On my way, ETA 22 min”
- Dispatcher works on the next booking instead
- Before/after photos auto-attached to the job
- Customer knows you’re running late before you arrive — no surprise
- Google review ask fires the moment you tap Complete
The ETA-window crisis, replaced with a ticker
A 2-hour arrival window means your customer blocks out their whole afternoon and calls twice to double-check whether you meant 2:00 or 3:45. FixyFlow turns the window into a live ticker — one tap on ‘On My Way’ sends a 15-minute ETA, and the tracking page recalculates automatically when you leave the previous stop. The customer stops pacing and starts their laundry, and your dispatcher stops being a switchboard.
Questions this trade actually asks
Does it handle route-based schedules where ETAs shift during the day?
Yes. Each customer's tracking page shows their own ETA, recalculated as the day progresses. A delay at the 11am stop pushes the 1pm ETA — the 1pm customer sees the new estimate before they think to call, and you don't have to manually warn anyone.
Can I send different messages for residential vs. commercial stops?
Yes. Two stage templates — residential is conversational, commercial stays formal with building access notes, dock details, and contact-on-arrival. Each stop picks the right template based on how the job is tagged, so commercial dispatchers aren't reading warm-fuzzy SMS.
What if I miss an appointment entirely — can I reschedule from the tracking page?
Yes. Move the job to "Rescheduled" and set a new date; the customer gets an SMS apologizing and confirming the new slot. The tracking link stays the same, so you're not sending a fresh invite — just a status update.

Dispatch software handles routing, scheduling, and invoicing. FixyFlow is strictly the customer-facing comms layer — tracking page, SMS, ETA ticker, review ask. One-truck operators can run FixyFlow standalone; multi-truck ops layer it on top of existing dispatch without pulling ETAs out of a different system.
“Tuesday used to be my worst day — back-to-back service calls, three of them running late, phone buzzing nonstop. Now they text me zero times. They watch the page.”
