RepairQ alternatives, compared honestly.
RepairQ is built for cell phone and device repair stores, from single shops to franchises, that need repair POS, inventory and ticketing in one system. That is a real product for a real buyer. This page is for everyone else, the operators who opened it, used a fifth of it, and started looking.
Below: why people leave, when you should stay, 5 options with published prices, and a feature table that marks the rows RepairQ wins.
Prices below are each vendor's published entry tier, read on 2026-08-17.
Why people search for RepairQ alternatives
Starter caps you at 1 user and 75 tickets a month. Extra users and extra tickets cost $5 each block, and inventory is $15 more.
The jump from Starter to Essential is $20 to $90 a month per location.
The online customer portal is on Advanced and up, at $150 a month per location.
Reviewers on G2 and Capterra mention a steep learning curve and few integrations.
When you should stay on RepairQ
Switching costs you a week of friction. If any of these is true, it is not worth it, and we would rather say so here than after you have signed up.
- You sell parts and accessories at the counter and need a real repair POS with inventory.
- You do device buyback, trade-ins, RMA tracking and warranties.
- You run several stores or a franchise and need controls across locations.
- You use the waivers, e-signature and parts supplier integrations.

FixyFlowThis is us
Best for: 1–3 person operations where the customer keeps phoning for status
RepairQ runs the counter and the stock room. FixyFlow does not try to. It handles the 'is my phone ready yet?' calls: an SMS on every status change, and a tracking link with photos the customer opens without logging in. Lasse ran a 13-person repair shop before building FixyFlow, and status calls were the daily problem the POS never solved.

Best for: general repair shops outside phones
Repair ticketing and inventory for appliance, computer and equipment repair.
The annual difference
A difference of $12 a year , on entry tiers, one user each.

RepairQ alternatives: common questions
How much does RepairQ cost?
RepairQ Starter is $20 a month for 1 user, 1 location and 75 tickets a month. Essential is $90 a month per location on monthly billing, or $80 billed annually. Advanced is $150 and Professional is $180 per location on monthly billing.
Is FixyFlow a repair POS?
No. FixyFlow has no checkout, no inventory and no parts ordering. It is the customer update layer: status texts, a tracking link and a review ask. Shops that need a POS keep one and run FixyFlow beside it.
Is FixyFlow cheaper than RepairQ?
FixyFlow Starter is $19 a month for 50 jobs, close to RepairQ Starter at $20. They do different jobs, so the right question is which problem you have: the counter or the phone calls.
Can RepairQ and FixyFlow run together?
Yes. Ring up the sale in RepairQ and track the repair status in FixyFlow. The customer gets a text at each stage and a link to check progress, without a portal login.
