I clean alone — is this overkill?

I have 2–3 cleaners on my team. How does that work?

Each cleaner gets their own login and only sees their assigned jobs. The customer sees just your business name on the SMS — no per-cleaner branding. Team-mode upgrades to Starter ($29/mo).

Do customers need an app?

Never. Every job gets a public tracking link sent via SMS. They tap, they see live status + photos + the option to message you. No download, no login.

What about recurring weekly or biweekly clients?

Can I send photos as proof of work?
