How is FixyFlow different from a CRM?
A CRM tracks leads and sales pipelines. FixyFlow tracks the work after the customer is already a customer — job status, SMS updates, customer-facing tracking pages, and review asks.

Does FixyFlow have a public API or Zapier integration?
Not at the moment. FixyFlow is intentionally a focused tool, not a platform. If you have a strong use case for connecting it to other systems, the founder personally takes those requests.

Under 5 minutes. Sign up, fill in your business name and phone, pick a workflow template, and create your first job.

Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. The dashboard includes a CSV import for past jobs and customers, so you can bring history with you when you switch from spreadsheets or another tool.

What countries does FixyFlow support for SMS?
SMS is supported across the United States and Canada (the +1 North American Numbering Plan). Email notifications and the tracking page work anywhere in the world.

What's the difference between the Solo and Starter plans?
Solo ($15/mo) gives you 20 jobs and 80 SMS per month — built for one-person shops. Starter ($29/mo) bumps that to 50 jobs and 200 SMS, for shops with steady weekly volume.
