Can I import my existing customer list?

Yes. The dashboard includes a CSV import for past jobs and customers, so you can bring history with you when you switch from spreadsheets or another tool.

From your dashboard, the import page accepts a CSV with customer name, phone, email, and a job description. Each row becomes a job in FixyFlow with the customer record attached.

Typical use cases:

  • Migrating off a spreadsheet that's been tracking jobs by hand.
  • Backfilling closed jobs from another tool so review-ask campaigns have history to work from.
  • Seeding customer records before sending a first reactivation message.

The import respects your plan's monthly job limit, so very large historical migrations may need a temporary plan bump.
